| The Foundation is an open one. Agreement with the present ordering of the Foundation means that any Hungarian or foreign natural person, legal entity or organisation not possessing the status of a legal entity may join by making donations in money, in kind or in other wealth. However, those joining shall not, through their act of joining, become founders. The Curatorium of the Foundation reserves the right to refuse applications to join. Acts of joining will be registered by the Curatorium of the Foundation, and proof of joining will be issued. |
| The Foundation does not engage in direct political activity; it is independent of political parties and does not give financial support to political parties. |
